Leadership changes
Michael Spitznagel (47), an internationally experienced entrepreneur and manager, will be appointed to the Board of Directors of EasyMotionSkin Tec AG as of 21.3.2022. Also on 21.3.2022, he will be appointed Managing Director of EasyMotionSkin Tec GmbH, where he will be responsible in particular for sales in the DACH region and the expansion of international activities. In addition, Michael Spitznagel will contribute his extensive experience with modern production processes.
At the same time, the founder and main shareholder of the EasyMotionSkin Group Christian Jäger (56) will leave the board of directors and management. "Christian Jäger will continue his commitment to the group as a consultant and support the management. In particular, he will accompany the further development of the company with his long and extensive market experience and his broad international network." informs the CEO of EasyMotionSkin Tec AG Jürgen Baltes.
